Weight Control: Diet and exercise are an important part of any weight control treatment.

Treatment: Refer to the left ear diagram above ("click" to enlarge) for the pressure points: place the earring on the ear lobe (Master Cerebral) an hour before meals, wear them as long as you can stand the "pinch", generally about an hour. In between meals place the earring at the center of the ear to cover Appetite Control, Mouth, Esophagus and Stomach; generally most people can only put up with the pinch for 30 minutes or less.

The need for treatment will diminish over time, generally days, with some a week or more. Continue wearing the earrings on the ear lobe and gradually you will build up a resistance to the "pinch." After you have achieved your weight loss, any magnetic earring will continue the therapy, with less pinching.

If you are trying to lose weight and to quit smoking, it is best apply the Smoking Cessation treatment first. After you have the smoking under control, then attempt Weight Loss treatment. The same earring works for both Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss.
