SMOKING CESSATION
Smoking Cessation: It is recommended to avoid caffeine containing products such as coffee, tea, cola and chocolate. Avoid heavily spiced and seasoned foods. Supplementation with a multivitamin containing Vit A, E and B complex.
Treatment: refering to the left Ear Diagram above, "click" to enlarge: place the earring on the ear lobe (master cerebral) for overall control of nicotine desire. Due to the "pinching" nature of these strong earings you may not be able to wear them for more than an hour at time, resting the ear lobe for up to an hour before replacing the earrings.
